| I had my headlights adjusted and was charged $26. I would have thought that headlight adjustment was a requirement during the VA state inspection I had done several weeks earlier at the same facility |

| One of the workers sat in my car and they smelled so terrible that my entire seat smelled like a homeless person had been living there here for at least two days. It took a baking soda paste, apple cider vinegar, and after those two did not get the stink out I resorted to spending another 29$ on an enzyme cleaner to get the smell out that by far ruined my experience and actually made it the worst experience I?ve ever had at a auto repair shop. I would have paid extra for them to put plastic down or something on a car before they sit in it and make it smell awful? |
